Hazim Law was founded with a commitment to providing clear, strategic, and client-focused legal counsel to the construction industry in Florida. The firm is led by Antonio Hazim, a Florida-licensed attorney who brings a practical, field-informed approach to every engagement.

Antonio Hazim was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and spent much of his childhood in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Growing up across diverse cultural environments shaped his ability to communicate effectively, understand differing perspectives, and approach legal issues with care and adaptability. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to serve a broader range of clients and industry partners with clarity and confidence.

Antonio later moved to South Florida, where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Florida International University. His business education informs his legal practice, particularly in contract drafting, risk allocation, and strategic decision-making for contractors, subcontractors, and project owners navigating complex construction relationships.

In 2024, Antonio obtained his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he was recognized as a Dean's List recipient for academic excellence. During law school, he gained hands-on legal experience through the Veterans Law Clinic, where he assisted former service members in navigating complex legal issues and accessing critical benefits.

Antonio's practice is centered on the construction industry, where he has worked on construction defect disputes, contract claims, insurance coverage conflicts, and design professional liability matters across Florida's residential and commercial markets. He has also served as general counsel, advising on day-to-day legal risk, contract review, subcontractor disputes, and litigation oversight from inside the business. That experience gives him a ground-level understanding of how Florida construction projects are structured, executed, and disputed.
